A very short offering just for a change
The Barddic Vision

Among the stones and beneath the oaks
The ancient bard will write
While watching as the seasons spokes
Control the day and night
The spiral of life’s symmetry
Bring birth, death and rebirth
The signs that only bards can see
The gifts of Mother Earth.

Take a deep breath and let it out slowly, wait about 30 seconds and repeat.
Do this a few times and each time, try to clear your mind.
If that doesn't help, I don't know what will :cat:
