Storing Crystals
Just wondering if other people have a special place to store their crystals.
I can get a lot out of my crystals but just wondering if there is a special way of storing them to preserve their magic and energy?
More to the point, do they lose their magical strength or power if I store them wrongly?
At the moment, I store them around my altar and any not being used for a while I store in a cupboard just above my altar.
So, a little advice on the storage of crystals might help me.

Crystals are a must and I have loads 
I personally think that they should not be hid out of view.
In my opinion they should be left open to the elements especially the Sun and Moon.
I leave my crystals on the windowsill so they can 'communicate' with the universe.
Some are always on my bedside cabinet that keep me focused and allow me to concentrate.
My view therefore is to keep them on display and never lock them away but that depends on how many you have and the space available.

Oh no I would advise against storing crystals away.
Allow them to charge up using the Sun and Moon.
Also I would suggest mixing them up and allow them to 'meet' other crystals.

Not only are your crystals powerful, they also have beauty so I would say keep them on show if you can.

Stick them on your window ledge or display them around the house. If you store them away you are basically imprisoning them and that can't be good.

Just ask yourself whether you should lock anything away with such beauty and you will find the answer in an instant

Of course these crystals deserve to be on display but not only that, they need to recharge as well. I have a favourite of mine that sits right next to my bed but I always place it in full sun about this time of year and the light what comes from it always amazes me.
