Thanks guys, I feel a lot better today.
It's took quite a while to get here though!

It's been a week now since I fell ill.
I am so tired and lethargic and been lying down for about a week, it's time to move.
I don't feel too good at all.
It's not coronavirus by the way.

Each individual I would say because no matter where you are from, whatever group you join or what beliefs you have, there will always be disagreements on what is considered "the norm".
